ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation after the reservation is confirmed successfully, we will refund your deposit according to the following policy:
1) 7 days (exclusive) prior to the check-in date, the full deposit will be refunded;
2) 7 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date and 3 days (exclusive) prior to the check-in date, 50% of the full deposit will be refunded;
3) Within 3 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, no deposit will be refunded.
For avoidance of doubt, for example, you make a reservation for July 22nd, if you cancel before 23:59 on July 14th, the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel during 00:00 on July 15th to 23:59 on July 18th, 50% of the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after 00:00 on July 19th, no deposit will be refunded.
If you need to change the check-in date after the reservation is confirmed successfully, we will provide you with change services according to the following policy:
1) 7 days (exclusive) prior to the check-in date, no additional fee would be charged;
2）Within 7 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, an additional fee RMB 88 per booking would be charged.
Deposit RMB500 or 1000 per room per night is required for each booking based on seasonality; deposit with the amount of the first night charge is required during Chinese Public Holidays (such as Chinese New Year, Qingming, May Holiday, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese National Holiday.
CANCELLATION POLICY ACTIVITIES
Bookings canceled without 2 hours prior notice and requires no replacement will incur full cancellation fee;
When a booking is canceled less than 2 hours in advance, replacement is considered as a new booking; i.e. the full cancellation fee plus new activity fee will apply.
Early booking rooms and room rates are limited. Please be advised that once you confirm your early booking, you cannot change the dates or cancel.
GUEST OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE ACTIVITY RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE FORM
I hereby confirm that I have fully understood the following information and agree to comply with the corresponding requirements of the hotel regarding outdoor experience activities (including but not limited to horseback riding/grooming/animal feeding, mountain biking, archery, hiking, yoga, Land Rover off-road experiences, swimming, fishing, as well as any additional or adjusted outdoor activities that the hotel may introduce from time to time). I have also explained this information to my minor children in a manner they can comprehend:
I and/or my minor children voluntarily participate in the hotel's guest outdoor experience activities and are in good physical condition sufficient to engage in the corresponding activities.
Most outdoor activities cannot guarantee 100% safety and may involve varying degrees of potential risks, which could include personal injury, property damage, or both in some cases.
We have taken note that many areas of the hotel retain their natural state, which provides us with a unique experience but may also pose challenges during outdoor activities. I and/or my minor children will exercise the same level of caution as in wilderness activities to avoid potential dangers.
We will pay close attention to the hotel's relevant safety guidelines, follow the arrangements and instructions of on-site staff, and consistently wear safety equipment provided by the hotel for our protection during the activities.
Based on the above, I hereby confirm and agree:
I assume all risks, responsibilities, and losses associated with participating in the hotel's outdoor experience activities.
I hereby waive and release the hotel and its employees from any property damage not caused by intentional or gross negligence, as well as any injuries or losses to me or my minor children resulting from third-party actions. I will not pursue legal action against the hotel or its employees for such matters.
